The cleaning of trough is easy.
- Due to adoption of open front trough, the cleaning time of trough was reduced by 1/3 of the existing one.
Increase of addition of hardener
- The precision of addition was improved and the use of hardener with no purpose was reduced by adopting a non-ripple pump.
Zero of Initial Waste Sand
- When starting mixing, if a gate option is mounted so that the door can be automatically opened after mixing sufficiently with a closed door, the waste of initial sand can be avoided.
With a double arm method, it is possible for molding extensively.
